Maidstone Leisure Centre 25% off Sports Hall August bookings terms and conditions

The Promoter is Serco Leisure Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

The promotion (25% off hall hire) is for the Sports Hall hire only. Any additions added onto the booking will be charged at full price

All events must be booked by 12th June 2026

Any events booked must fall between Saturday August 1st, 2026 and Monday August 31st 2026

All events made for August 2026 will be given 25% off their hall hire booking price

All bookings are subject to availability

Maidstone Leisure Centre bookings must all follow the standard booking Terms and Conditions

All correct documentation must be submitted to the correct contact at least 4 weeks before the event takes place. If all correct documentation is not received by the events team 4 weeks before the event, Maidstone Leisure Centre has the right to cancel the event. The deposit will not be returned

Maidstone Leisure Centre has the right to cancel any event

The type of event being held must be approved by the events team at Maidstone Leisure Centre

The invoice for the booking will be raised within the calendar month of the event

A damage charge may be added after the event if any equipment or property is damaged during the event. Damage will be assessed by the appropriate team at Maidstone Leisure Centre, and the cost of the charge will be determined by the team

The event must be held in Maidstone Leisure Centre Mote Hall

Not applicable to Serco Leisure employees

The promotion is not transferable and no alternative offers are available

Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s booking with justified reason
