Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Party times

The activity will commence and finish at the times stated as per your receipt / email confirmation. Please ensure you vacate your area at the allocated time in order for staff to prepare for the next booking.

Sports Hall Party

Exclusive use of our inflatable assault course with slide and soft play for 1 hour.  You also get half of the hall for multi sports including badminton, football, hoops, balls etc.  Maximum capacity is 50 children with only 30 children permitted on the inflatable at any one time.  The inflatable is only suitable for children up to the age of 12.  A member of staff will be present during the duration of your party in the sports hall.

After your use of the Sports Hall, you will get 45 minutes in the Party Room (studio) for you to enjoy your party food and cake etc.  Food is not included.

Pool Party

Your exclusive pool party includes 1 hour in the pool and includes the flume, floats, balls, toys, and other water features that will be fun for all ages.

All children aged under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 or older. Each adult can supervise a maximum of 2 children under the age of 8. Specific age and supervision restrictions may apply to pool inflatables.

After your pool party, dedicated space will be provided in the café area for up to 45 minutes, includes any changing time. Food is not included.

Maximum capacity for your party is 90 people, including both adults and children.  Please ensure you vacate the café area by your allocated time so staff can prepare for the next booking.

Spectators on the poolside should remove outdoor shoes and heavy clothing e.g coats, jumpers before entering the poolside and all swimmers must be wearing appropriate swimwear.

Belongings
The centre is not responsible for the safe keeping of any belongings, including but not limited to birthday presents, party food or clothing.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be in writing to the Centre Manager.
Minimum 4 weeks' Notice of cancellation will result in a 50% refund.
Less than 4 weeks' Notice of cancellation will result in your birthday party payment being non-refundable.
The Centre Manager reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, in which case the party hirer will be reimbursed for the full amount paid. The Centre Manager/Company will not be liable for any payment in respect of claim for compensation arising from the cancellation.

Questions you may have forgotten to ask:

Can we bring balloons and banners?

Yes you can display balloons or banners in the party room / café area.  Please remove when you have finished.  Please do not use Sellotape or any other products that may cause damage to the walls or paint.  Any damage caused may result in an additional charge.

Can we bring a cake and have candles?

Yes, just don’t forget the birthday cake knife as there is no knife available on site.

Is music available?

Music will be played on poolside and in the sports hall.  The Party Room has a Bluetooth music system for you to use (music not provided)

Can we have an outside entertainer?

Yes, however please check with the centre if it is anything out of the ordinary to avoid any disappointment.

Is there a kitchen available?

No, please note that there is nowhere on site to heat up food and due to health and safety no tea urns or electrical appliances are allowed to be brought onto the premises.  No alcohol is permitted.  Also, there are no fridges available to store any food items.

What time can I get into the party room (food) to decorate?

Please be aware that unfortunately due to the scheduling of other parties, you will not be able to gain access to the party room prior to your allocated time slot. You are able to leave food and other items in a secure area prior to your party start time.  No party room is available for pool parties and you will get a designated exclusive space in the café area.

Please don’t forget to bring tablecloths, drinks, jugs for water, plates, cups & napkins.
